The Challenge
Spacelabs needed to monetize bedside monitoring hardware and software with precision and control. They required flexible business models for Central Station monitoring systems (2-48 beds), reduced manual field engineer intervention, and operational simplicity for customers to expand entitlements in secure hospital environments with limited connectivity.
The Solution
Implemented Zentitle at point of manufacturing to provision equipment for each customer in a controlled, efficient manner. The solution enabled per-bed licensing for Central Station monitoring systems and Server-Based Solution data collection with dark environment compatibility, remote entitlement updates, and flexible license modification.
